BDO LLP selects cloud-based solution to automate P2P process

• Intelligent Capture Limited, the document and data capture specialists have announced that they have been chosen to deliver Accounts Payable (AP) automation as part of a cloud-based purchase-to-pay solution, seamlessly integrated with PROACTIS e-Procurement.
• BDO LLP is the award-winning UK member firm of the BDO international network, the world's fifth largest accountancy firm, with more than 1,000 offices in over 100 countries.
• From an Accounts Payable perspective BDO LLP will no longer be involved with purchase invoice entry, with the Intelligent Capture Managed Service solution undertaking the scanning, capturing of invoice values, validation and posting of the invoice information into PROACTIS. This in turn will allow BDO LLP to focus solely on invoice exceptions while providing relevant parties within the business with instant access to the invoice images.
