New Operations Director for Intelligent Capture

We are pleased and excited to announce a new appointment to our Board of Directors - Angela Vinall. As former Head of Service Delivery for Intelligent Capture, Angela has been promoted to the position of Operations Director with immediate effect.

The Obvious Choice
As Operations Director and board member, Angela will be bringing over five years of successful service delivery experience to this strategic role and will now be responsible for planning, developing and implementing the operational strategy for the whole business. Ensuring that organisational performance plans are met within agreed budgets and timescales (covering operational areas such as technical, project delivery, service desk and the Managed Service), will also fall under Angela’s remit.
