March 2010: Intelligent Capture, the document and data capture specialists has been selected by Mothercare to implement an automated invoice processing solution to streamline and unify the purchase to pay process.
Intelligent Capture underwent a stringent evaluation process including four other document and data capture specialists prior to becoming the chosen vendor for the International high street retailer. The powerful, template-free extraction technologies and process improvement pedigree were seen as instrumental in the decision as was Intelligent Capture’s experience with CODA financial management solutions from UNIT4, which Mothercare also utilises. Intelligent Capture is a strategic partner for UNIT4, a leading global business software provider.

The Intelligent Capture solution uses powerful, template-free data capture technologies to minimise manual invoice entry, extracted information is then cleansed and posted into either CODA-Procurement or CODA-Financials with rapid access to the scanned image through the click of a button within CODA.
