Extended hours of support can be arranged depending on a customer’s requirement.
The service desk aims to provide assistance to customers with any problems or queries that they may have regarding their installed system, or with the usage of our managed service offerings.
The assistance provided can be anything from advice in the initial call, through remote connection support to the user’s desktop level, to onsite visits when required. The response will be dependent on the system in use and the scale of the reported situation.
Our aim is to provide a friendly and professional customer service environment in which issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner to the satisfaction of all of our customers.
